You'll oversee and implement a growing suite of tools including CMS, testing, personalization, analytics, and web performance platforms. You will define and drive the roadmap, lead site‑optimization initiatives, manage vendor and agency partners, and ensure our digital presence is performant, accessible, compliant, and optimized for growth.Responsibilities Own and evolve the multi‑site roadmap: architecture, redesigns, upgrades, and strategic rollouts for all company web propertiesManage day‑to‑day updates, enhancements, and performance monitoring with internal teams and agency partnersOwn and manage the web and digital marketing tech stack, including: Optimizely , Sanity , Next.js , Ostro , Peec.ai , Adthena , Fullstory , Jira , WPengineEnsure integrations between platforms are scalable, data is actionable, and tools are fully leveraged across campaigns and optimization workBuild and implement A/B and multivariate tests working with the Digital Marketing analytics lead to prioritize and manage roadmap and strategic visionCollaborate with analytics, SEO/SEM, and media teams to improve conversion paths, engagement, and organic growthMonitor site performance, uptime, and loading speed across devices; proactively resolve issuesOversee vendor relationships (development agencies, CMS integrators, testing and analytics providers)Lead budgeting, scoping, contracts, and procurement for all web‑related tools and servicesEnsure compliance with ADA/WCAG , privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and biotech regulatory (MLR) standardsEstablish governance protocols for content updates, review processes, and user accessCollaborate with IT, legal, and regulatory to maintain audit‑ready workflows and secure infrastructureCoordinate with developers, designers, and UX teams to create user‑first digital experiencesWhere You'll Work This is a hybrid role and requires in‑office collaboration 2x per week in our San Francisco Office and 1x per week in our Palo Alto Office.Who You Are Strategic thinker combined with strong execution and organizational skillsAbility to guide cross‑functional teams and vendors in a matrixed environmentData‑driven mindset with a focus on growth, performance, and user experienceExcellent communication, prioritization, and documentation skills8+ years of digital/web operations experience, including at least 3 years managing enterprise‑level websites.
