We're hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Health Benefits portfolio in the San Francisco market, with a focus on employers subject to the Health Care Security Ordinance (HCSO).

In this role, you'll partner with local businesses to deliver compliant, cost-effective health benefit solutions. You'll educate employers on HCSO requirements, identify coverage gaps, and close new business while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business across San Francisco
• Advise employers on HCSO compliance and benefit strategies
• Present tailored health benefit solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (benefits or insurance preferred)
• Knowledge of HCSO or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
