One of the country's largest apparel and lifestyle brands is searching for an Associate Marketing Manager to join their dynamic Women's Product Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll shape and execute seasonal marketing initiatives, making a direct impact on brand storytelling and product engagement strategies. This exciting opportunity to lead high-impact marketing projects begins as an initial 1-year W2 contract during which you will work 5 days onsite per week at the company's world headquarters in San Francisco's Financial District. This contract also offers access to competitive benefits and has the strong potential to extend or convert to permanent employment!

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the creation and execution of women's product marketing content strategies, leveraging consumer and assortment insights.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leadership to influence omni-channel campaigns, providing ongoing competitive and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver seasonal briefs that distill key consumer trends, product information, and cultural relevance.
  • Partner closely with merchandising to craft product messaging and bring premium collections to market, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
  • Oversee organization of seasonal marketing assets and support clear, effective planning across email, site, packaging, and signage channels.
  • Optimize marketing tools and manage updates to key calendars, templates, and roadmaps to keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Build strong internal relationships within merchandising, design, and vehicle teams to support cohesive campaign activations.
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource by tracking in-season updates, maintaining documentation, and communicating across departments.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience developing and executing brand marketing strategies in the fashion, consumer, or agency sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and a demonstrated knack for compelling product narratives.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics and tools such as FigmaWrike, and AirTable
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable influencing cross-functional groups and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members in a collaborative environment.
  • Culturally aware with a strong sense of consumer mindset and marketplace trends.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing team.
