They are seeking a mid-to-senior level Fintech Regulatory Associate to work in one of their following offices: Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, or Silicon Valley
Practice Group Overview:
The Corporate Regulatory practice group advises technology companies on navigating the legal, business and regulatory issues around online and mobile payments, consumer and peer-to-peer lending, virtual and digital currency, blockchain technology, token generation events, as well as prepaid, loyalty and rewards programs.
Requirements:
•At least five (5) years of payments or banking law experience, including working on bank chartering or money transmission licensing.
•CA, WA or NY bar preferred, but not required
•Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills a must
•Experience with, or affinity for blockchain technology companies and cryptocurrency is a positive
•Experience working with financial regulators such as the OCC, CFTC, or state financial regulators is a plus

•The anticipated salary range for this position is: $330,000 to $445,000/year. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
•A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
