You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with the following:
Products Liability Litigation (required);
Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
Managing document collection, review, and production;
Causation and/or failure analysis;
Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.
You are an active member of the California, Colorado, Washington or New York Bar.
