We're hiring our founding West Coast GP

Voice Capital backs scale-up stage science and technology companies solving the planet's hardest problems, and we help them cross the chasm by compressing adoption through Cultural Alpha: Our network of tier-one Talent Partners (film, music, sports etc), aligned with equity, deployed against specific commercial milestones.

The thesis in one line: the critical constraint on world-changing science is adoption, not invention.

We're in pre-launch, targeting first close in 2026. Concept has been incubated and tested inside APAC's top deeptech VC. The founding team (2 GPs) combines a unique mix of institutional investment rigor with deep cultural & entertainment networks.

Now we're looking for the person who will anchor us on the US West Coast.

The role

• Founding General Partner, based in San Francisco or Los Angeles

• Seat on the Investment Committee and GP Board

• Source, lead, and shepherd US deals (US$5–15m tickets)

• Co-shape portfolio construction, sector focus, team, and firm culture

• Support the inaugural fundraise and represent Voice Capital to US LPs

• Sector frames:

Planetary Health (energy transition, circular economy, sustainable materials, physical AI) and Societal Health (physical and mental health, healthspan, nutrition, food systems, learning, AI safety)

You likely have

• 10+ years in growth-stage tech investing, with meaningful deep-tech exposure preferred

• A track record of leading deals and serving on boards

• Analytical rigor built from first principles; comfortable with the physics, chemistry, biology, or economics that sit underneath a company

• A public voice on the future of science and technology, or the clear ambition to build one

• Belief that the most important companies of the next two decades will be built on the physical sciences

• Excitement about culture as commercial leverage, not marketing spend

• A base in the SF Bay Area or LA
