We're partnering with a top-tier US firm to hire an IP Litigation Associate into its Bay Area office, a group that sits right at the intersection of technology and the law, running some of the most consequential disputes in the market.

The Role

You'll be in the thick of complex, high-stakes patent, trade secret, and copyright litigation for Silicon Valley's most recognisable names and the global tech leaders shaping what comes next. Expect direct client contact, meaningful substantive work from the outset, and genuine opportunities to get on your feet in court.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of litigation experience at a respected firm
• Patent litigation experience is highly valued (and a real differentiator)
• First-class academic credentials
• A technical or scientific background is a plus but not essential
• The drive to own complex matters and the judgment to handle them well
