Adventist Health System - 525 Oregon Street - Responsibilities: Delivers direct/indirect care for individual patients, or an assigned group of patients, receiving psychiatric care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).; Meets patient care needs. Assumes responsibility for patient data collection.; Provides assigned care of psychiatric patients using age related interventions. Uses therapeutic communication skills and assists with therapeutic and recreational activities, as necessary.; Processes admissions and discharges, and completes intake interviews and orientation, as needed.; Screens patient/client condition upon admission.
