Job Description Job Description Candidates must be 21 years or older to apply. We are looking for a Part Time Retail Sales Associate to be a part of our small team. We are looking for someone that can grow with us and can contribute to the company with their own strong skill. The basis of this job is delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales activities primarily focused on cannabis goods, wellness products, and related accessories. This position requires reliability on weekends (both Saturday and Sundays preferred) and some evenings, offering approximately 20-25 hours weekly with potential for full-time advancement based on performance and seniority. This job can have some flexibility within the work week regarding hours and shifts. Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and inquiries Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation Handle cash responsibly and maintain register accuracy Maintain store cleanliness and organization Develop and maintain strong product knowledge for effective customer support Collaborate with team members to meet store goals Must strictly follow Department of Cannabis Control rules and regulations.
