Construction Project Manager - Luxury Residential - San Francisco Bay Area

We're looking for a Project Manager who knows what it takes to deliver truly high-end residential work. The work is detail-heavy and client-facing, it requires someone who can lead conversations, make decisions with confidence, and keep projects aligned without creating noise.

The projects themselves are custom homes and estates across the Bay Area: ground-up builds, major renovations, and architect-driven residences. You'll be managing complexity and quality at a high level.

We're open to professionals who have grown into a Project Manager role within luxury residential, as well as those with deeper experience who have been leading these types of projects for years. What matters most is your ability to operate independently and communicate clearly without compromising standards.

There's also an opportunity here to bring more structure, improving how projects are run, tightening processes, and eventually taking on broader leadership responsibility as the company continues to grow.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction (reputable builders/firms)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Comfortable working directly with clients and design teams
• Positive attitude
• Professional business acumen
• Attention to detail

Compensation

$175,000 - $250,000 base salary plus bonus potential and full benefits package. Beyond that, this is a role for someone who wants to be trusted with high-level projects and build something meaningful over time.
