**About Us**
M95 Machining (@m95machining) is a woman-owned CNC machine shop based in the Bay Area, creating precision parts and content around real production work, tooling, and shop life.
**Role Overview**
We're looking for a videographer/editor to help film and edit social media content (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok). This is a hands-on role working inside an active machine shop-capturing real processes, tools, and behind-the-scenes content.
**What You'll Do**
* Film on-site content in the shop (machines running, parts, tools, etc.)
* Capture b-roll and creative angles for engaging short-form content
* Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
* Add captions, music, and pacing that fits current social trends
* Occasionally help plan or brainstorm content ideas
**What We're Looking For**
* Experience filming and editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok style)
* Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and social media trends
* Comfortable working around machinery (no machining experience required)
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to communicate with
**Bonus (not required)**
* Experience with industrial, automotive, or hands-on content
* Interest in manufacturing or engineering
