Description:

This is an exciting foreign expatriate opportunity based in South Korea responsible for leading client-facing projects and cross-functional execution for large scale commercial manufacturing for the generation of monoclonal antibodies, antibody drug conjugates, and other complex large molecule biologics within a startup state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical CDMO drug substance manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing project delivery across the full lifecycle, managing risks and issues, driving internal alignment, and ensuring effective client communication to support successful execution and high customer satisfaction. 1. Lead cross-functional program and project execution across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, deliverables, and overall project objectives.

2. Manage project risks, issues, and escalation points, and drive timely resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.

3. Coordinate project resources and production-related planning by aligning relevant functions and securing cross-functional commitment.

4. Partner closely with MSAT and other internal teams to support technology transfer and overall project execution.

5. Serve as the primary client-facing coordinator for project communication, issue management, and ongoing relationship support throughout execution.

6. Lead project governance activities, track progress, and provide structured updates and reporting to support decision-making and visibility.

7. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of project management processes and execution practices.

8. Support client audits and regulatory inspections, including FDA and EMA interactions, by coordinating project-related information and contributing to inspection readiness.

Desired Skills & Experience

* Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred. Advanced MS or Ph.D. degrees preferred.

* 10+ years of relevant Program or Project Management experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or CDMO industry.

* Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

* Strong track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.

* Experience in technology transfer, manufacturing project execution, or site start-up support is preferred.

* Experience supporting client audits, site visits, or regulatory inspection-related activities is preferred.

* Strong understanding of project lifecycle management within a biologics or CDMO environment.

* Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.

* Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve issues proactively, and lead structured escalation processes.

* Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to maintain credibility and trust in complex project environments.

* Solid understanding of GMP operations and the ability to operate effectively in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Please note, this is an expat position based in Songdo, South Korea and it is required to work onsite in Korea for this position.
