Partners Personnel - 777 Southland Dr, Ste.235 - Responsibilities: Monitors, fulfills, and maintains Web Based Hotlines; Assists with preparing various reports (tracking, parts lists, etc.); Reads basic drawings and layouts to determine parts that are required; Calls stores directly and speaks to Team Members, Operations Members or Store Managers to clarify Hotline requests and to make sure that accurate parts will be shipped out; Works with our Production and Fulfillment Teams to pull correct parts
