Wage & Hour Class Action Attorney | San Francisco | Hybrid/Remote | Up to $180k

Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid – 3 days preferred, flexible)

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 depending on experience

A nationally recognised plaintiff-side litigationfirm known for high-profile class actions is seeking an Associate Attorney (3–6 years) to join its growing Bay Area team.

This is a standout opportunity to work on complex, high-value wage & hour and class action litigation, with a firm that is expanding rapidly across multiple major markets.

The Role

You will focus on plaintiff-side wage & hour and class/collective actions, including:

• Misclassification, meal/rest break, and wage disputes

• PAGA and FLSA claims

• Drafting complaints, motions, and legal briefs

• Case strategy, investigation, and development

• Collaborating on multi-state, high-impact litigation

You will be working alongside experienced litigators on large-scale cases with national exposure.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of litigation experience

• Experience in wage & hour and employment law (PAGA, FLSA, etc.)

• Strong legal writing skills (writing samples required)

• Licensed to practice law in California

• Judicial clerkship or strong academic background

• Multi-jurisdictional exposure
