Salary: Up to $180,000 depending on experience

A growing California-based insurance defense firm with a strong client base is seeking two Associate Attorneys (1–3 years) to join its litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience, with flexibility and clear long-term progression.

The Role

You will work on a range of insurance defense matters, including:

• General liability and civil litigation

• Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal research

• Supporting case strategy and development

• Exposure to depositions, hearings, and litigation processes

• Working closely with senior attorneys and clients

This role offers strong training and development, with early exposure to meaningful case work.
