Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 depending on experience
A nationally recognised plaintiff-side litigation firm handlinghigh-profile class actions is seeking an Associate Attorney (3–6 years) to join its growing Los Angeles presence.

The Role
You will focus on plaintiff-side wage & hour and class/collective actions, including:
• Misclassification, meal/rest break, and wage disputes
• PAGA and FLSA claims
• Drafting complaints, motions, and briefs
• Case development, investigation, and litigation strategy
• Working on multi-state, high-impact class actions
You will gain exposure to large-scale litigation with national reach, working alongside experienced class action litigators.

Requirements
• 3–6 years of litigation experience
• Experience in wage & hour and employment law (PAGA, FLSA, etc.)
• Strong legal writing skills (writing samples required)
• Licensed to practice law in California

• Judicial clerkship or strong academic background
• Multi-jurisdictional exposure
