About the Role
This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment and facility systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and plant safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation troubleshooting on production equipment
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including calibration and controls
• Support installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial systems (AC/DC motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes)
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems in a manufacturing plant
• Assist with PLC-related troubleshooting (basic level)
• Perform calibration and maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Support continuous improvement and plant optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety (OHS) and GMP standards
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong experience in electrical troubleshooting and HVAC systems
• Experience with instrumentation, calibration, and repair
• Knowledge of industrial systems (motors, hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Basic PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Preferred
• 5+ years of electrical/electronic troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing plant
• Experience working in GMP or pharmaceutical environments
