Position Overview

Stak Services is seeking a customer service minded, reliable Concierges to support a luxury residential high-rise in Uptown Oakland. This role serves as a primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors and requires strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced residential environment.

We are currently hiring for two schedules: a Part-Time Day Concierge position and a Full-Time Swing Concierge position. These are ideal opportunities for candidates who are professional, service-oriented, and comfortable managing front desk operations while maintaining a high standard of resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and approved visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor building access and manage entry control throughout the shift
• Receive, log, and secure resident packages and deliveries
• Coordinate and document vendor check-ins and building access
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby presence
• Monitor building activity and escalate issues as appropriate using sound judgment
• Communicate clear written and verbal pass-downs to other staff and management
• Accurately document incidents, requests, and daily activity
• Take California-compliant meal and rest breaks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, residential services, or security-adjacent roles in a hotel, residential, or mixed-use environment preferred
• Professional appearance and strong customer service demeanor
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional in a residential setting
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including email, logs, and access systems
• Reliable attendance is critical
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
