JD:-

We are seeking a ProjectManager that will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing Line of Business strategic initiatives, Digital releases, hardware and software upgrades, software vulnerabilities, Business Continuity Plans, OS patching, non-functional system changes, maintenance, and emergency changes, in addition to other platform specific initiatives. In this role you will manage, direct, monitor and implement all activities for large, high risk, major technology-based projects from initiation to delivery for the Fraud Authentication, Fraud Prevention, Open Banking and Artificial Intelligence platforms. Projects cross platforms, applications, and/or lines of business. The Platform Services Group deploy, ensure high availability, and provide 24 x 7 production support for Digital Technology and Innovation customer facing applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years experience in Leading production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across Enterprise
  • 3 years of experience with 24x7 production support experience supporting Online Banking applications
  • Background managing technology projects in a financial institution
  • Experience in supporting Wells Fargo banking products
  • BCP, Data center exit and AI products rollout

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across Enterprise
  • Plan and direct complex project schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections
  • Work with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives
  • Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, cost analysis, and significant issue management and resolution
  • Develop required project artifacts and implementation plans and adherence to process
  • Develop and/or maintain documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides
  • Participate in production outage assessments and remediation activities, including troubleshooting, documentation, and communications.
  • Lead and/or participate in postmortem process that identifies process failures, recommending and implementing improvements
  • Understands compliance & risk management requirements for supported area & works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Communicate with business partners and technology management, often at senior management level
  • Works closely with scrum teams and various Enterprise partners
