About the Role

This role offers hands-on responsibility managing a range of family law matters in a supportive and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from start to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Handle matters involving divorce, custody, support, and property division
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and case management conferences
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Assist with settlement negotiations and case strategy

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of family law experience
• Admitted to the California Bar (required)

• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with motion practice and court appearances
• Ability to manage multiple active matters
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
