Summary
Hanson Bridgett is seeking a seasoned litigation paralegal to assist with case planning, development, and management; legal research; fact gathering; and analytical support. Your contribution as a proactive paralegal will help drive successful outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
In this position, you will be responsible for retrieving valuable information, drafting and analyzing legal documents, and leveraging current technology to support complex litigation matters. You will also be expected to make meaningful, practical recommendations to attorneys.
This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on days when in‑person attendance is not required, as agreed upon by the direct supervisor (and assigned attorneys, if applicable). An essential function of any remote role is availability to attend in‑person meetings, professional development sessions, or come into the office for other needs, as required.

Hanson Bridgett offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The annual salary for this California-based role is anticipated to be in the area of 95,000 - $120,000, and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is negotiable and will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
