✔️ Strong track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (5,000+ employees)

✔️ Ability to clearly articulate your sales funnel & prospecting strategy

✔️ Experience managing long, strategic sales cycles

✔️ Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets (with measurable wins)

✔️ Proven ability to build and influence C-level relationships

✔️ Deep knowledge of benefits consulting (group health, retirement, HR solutions)

✔️ Strong command of sales methodologies, engagement, and closing techniques
