A premier CA Defense Litigation firm is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to attorneys and legal teams. This role involves assisting with litigation matters, administrative proceedings, and document preparation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will support case development from investigation through resolution, conduct legal research, draft and format legal documents, and manage case files while maintaining strict confidentiality. Ideally looking for someone with 4+ years of solid litigation support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather information related to statutes, case law, and evidence
• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Ensure compliance with applicable citation standards (e.g., Bluebook, California Style Manual)
• Manage subpoenas, service of process, and related tracking
• Support document production, including redactions, bates labeling, and privilege logs
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors as needed
• Assist with trial and administrative hearing preparation (exhibits, binders, transcripts, etc.)
• Maintain organized case files and meet strict deadlines

This role may support multiple office locations and practice areas.
