This role focuses on selling employee benefits, health, retirement, and HR consulting solutions to large organizations and building strong relationships with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Must-Have Experience
10+ years in Benefits Consulting / Employee Benefits Sales
Experience working with large enterprise clients (5000+ employees)
Proven success in closing large, complex deals
Strong experience with long sales cycles & pipeline management
Ability to engage and influence senior executives (C-level)
