We are hiring an experienced Large Market Business Developer to drive growth within the large enterprise segment (5000+ employees).

This role focuses on selling employee benefits, health, retirement, and HR consulting solutions to large organizations and building strong relationships with senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of 40–50 enterprise prospects
  • Drive new business acquisition within large/jumbo accounts
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → proposal → closing)
  • Create and deliver RFPs and strategic proposals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets


Must-Have Experience

10+ years in Benefits Consulting / Employee Benefits Sales

Experience working with large enterprise clients (5000+ employees)

Proven success in closing large, complex deals

Strong experience with long sales cycles & pipeline management

Ability to engage and influence senior executives (C-level)
