Our client, a global management consulting and technology firm, is expanding its Strategy & Advisory practice in the San Francisco Bay Area

Role 1: Strategy Insights & Planning – Associate Consultant (Digital Strategy)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Type: Full-time | Permanent

What You'll Do

  • Partner with project leadership to define scope, structure workplans, and drive execution
  • Lead day-to-day project tasks, ensuring progress, data organization, and effective team coordination
  • Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses around key client challenges
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses to test insights
  • Contribute to digital strategy initiatives, connecting business goals with marketing, analytics, and digital technologies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to internal firm initiatives
  • Coach and mentor junior team members

What We're Looking For

  • MBA (or PhD in a related field) OR 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • 2–4 years post-MBA experience (plus pre-MBA experience preferred)
  • Strong interest and aptitude for digital strategy at the intersection of business, data, and technology
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and client-first mindset
  • Fluency in English and comfort working with senior decision-makers

?? Role 2: Advisory Consultant – Brand Strategy

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Type: Full-time | Permanent

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leadership to shape project direction and execution
  • Lead analyses that uncover insights and guide brand, digital, and commercial strategy decisions
  • Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative analyses to support client recommendations
  • Develop and execute brand and digital strategy initiatives to enhance engagement, optimize marketing investments, and drive business impact
  • Bridge business strategy and technology, leveraging data, analytics, and digital innovation
  • Communicate compelling stories and insights to clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and internal firm growth
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

  • MBA (or PhD in a related field) OR 6–8 years of relevant professional experience
  • 3+ years post-MBA experience preferred
  • Background or strong interest in brand, business, or digital strategy
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, omnichannel engagement, or marketing analytics
  • Strong client-service orientation with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • An analytical, creative, detail-driven, and collaborative approach
