Job Description

Peloras is looking for its first commercial co-founder — a revenue-obsessed operator with a proven record of building and closing outbound pipelines for early-stage SaaS products in the US market. This is a co-founder role, not a sales hire. You will own the full go-to-market motion from zero: strategy, outreach, pipeline, conversion, and early customer success. You shape how Peloras enters the market.

What you will own

Design and execute end-to-end outbound sales strategy targeting US staffing agencies, startups, and SMBs

Build and run multichannel outreach sequences — cold email, LinkedIn, phone — using Apollo.io and equivalent intelligence platforms

Own pipeline from first touch through signed contract, including discovery, demo, negotiation, and close

Define ICP, messaging, and positioning in close collaboration with the founding team

Stand up sales infrastructure: CRM setup, sequencing cadences, email deliverability, and reporting

Develop and iterate on sales collateral, case studies, and competitive positioning materials

Establish and manage early channel partnerships where relevant

Feed market intelligence back into product roadmap and GTM prioritization

What you bring

5+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience, with verifiable early-stage or startup track record

Deep hands-on proficiency with Apollo.io, Clay, Instantly, or comparable sales intelligence and sequencing tools

Strong cold calling fundamentals — comfortable with high-volume prospecting and live discovery calls

Experience with multichannel marketing: email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, content-led nurture

Ability to work without process, playbook, or SDR support — you build the machine from scratch

Based in the United States; San Francisco preferred but not required

Ideally: prior exposure to HRtech, recruitment software, workforce intelligence, Agentic Ai platform verticals
