The Opportunity

We're partnering with a highly regarded, technology-focused investment firm to hire a Senior AI Engineer (VP level) to help redefine how investment decisions are made using AI.

This is a rare opportunity to build AI-powered systems from the ground up within a small, high-impact team. You'll work directly with senior investment professionals to design and deploy production-grade AI applications that transform traditional workflows into intelligent, automated systems.

The focus is not on training foundation models, but on applying cutting-edge LLMs and agent-based systems to drive real business outcomes.

The Engineering Environment

• AI-first development using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

What You'll Be Working On

• Build AI applications for investment and decision workflows
• Design agent systems to automate repetitive analytical work
• Architect LLM-driven systems across data and business processes
• Turn complex investment workflows into scalable AI solutions

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience (Python + AWS)
• Proven experience building production LLM/AI systems
• Strong system design skills (RAG, agents, LLM orchestration)
• Strong product judgment and ability to evaluate tradeoffs
