Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Type: Direct hire

Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll act as a trusted finance partner to leadership, supporting both day-to-day financial operations and longer-term strategic initiatives.

  • Play a key role in annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning, partnering across the business
  • Deliver clear, impactful financial insights through reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations
  • Build and enhance financial models used for planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions
  • Track and analyze cash flow, capital spending, and ROI for projects and initiatives
  • Analyze business trends, performance drivers, and operating results to support strategic recommendations
  • Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly leadership presentations with meaningful commentary
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and workflows

What They're Looking For

This role is open to candidates coming from FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or analytical finance roles who enjoy working cross-functionally.

  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
  • Strong foundation in financial reporting and accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building and maintaining complex models
  • Comfort creating polished materials in PowerPoint and Word for executive audiences
  • Experience working with ERP and planning systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into business insights
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
