Job Details

Physical Security & Asset Protection. Oversee physical security programs across all facilities, including access control, surveillance, perimeter protection, and guard force operations. Lead asset management and asset protection strategies to reduce loss, theft, and misuse of company property. Conduct and oversee penetration testing, security risk analysis (SRA) and facility vulnerability assessments (FVA). Develop and maintain facility counter-terrorism measures, threat mitigation plans, and protective design standards. Incident Management & Investigations. Direct the response to security incidents, ensuring timely escalation, documentation, and resolution. Lead internal investigations involving theft, misconduct, workplace violence, fraud, or policy violations. Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and external partners as required.
