A company is looking for a Chemicals Supplier Engagement Specialist to lead supplier engagement and deliver outcomes for buyers on its procurement platform.Key Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of Request for Quotes (RFQs) for buyers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality quotesAssess the supplier landscape to identify and select appropriate suppliers for requested materialsEngage with new suppliers to confirm material availability and secure competitive quotesRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the chemical industryBachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or natural science5+ years of experience in sourcing, technical sales, business development, or management consultingDemonstrated ability to conduct supply market assessments and identify suppliers for specific chemicals/raw materialsExtensive knowledge of chemicals/raw materials and technical expertise in reviewing RFQs
