A company is looking for a Sr. Director, AI.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company's AI roadmap and innovation strategyOversee all stages of the AI development lifecycle, including model design, testing, deployment, and performance optimizationBuild, develop, and mentor a high-performing AI organization across data science, machine learning, and applied AI disciplinesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field required; advanced degree preferred12 to 15 or more years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or advanced analyticsDemonstrated experience building and deploying machine learning models and generative AI systems in production environmentsExperience implementing MLOps pipelines and scalable AI systems in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google CloudExperience managing cross-functional teams and external partners or vendors
