Job Title: Financial Systems ManagerLocation: San Francisco / Bay Area, CA (Hybrid)Overview: We are looking for a Financial Systems Manager to own and optimize our finance technology stack, with a core focus on NetSuite. This person will sit at the intersection of Finance and IT, driving system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and supporting scalable processes across accounting, FP&A, and operations.This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the technical side of systems and the functional needs of finance teams in a fast-paced Bay Area environment.Key Responsibilities: Own administration, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite ERPServe as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external partners for all system-related initiativesManage and improve financial systems architecture, including integrations (e.g., billing, CRM, expense management, payroll)Drive enhancements across NetSuite (workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, reporting)Support revenue recognition processes (ASC 606) within NetSuite, including ARM configuration and reportingEnsure data integrity, system controls, and SOX compliance across financial systemsLead and support system implementations, upgrades, and new module rollouts (e.g., SuiteBilling, NSPB, integrations)Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failuresPartner with Accounting and FP&A teams to streamline close, reporting, and forecasting processesDocument system processes, controls, and workflows to support audit readiness and scalabilityManage third-party tools and middleware (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato)Qualifications: 5–8+ years of experience in Financial Systems, NetSuite Administration, or Business Systems rolesStrong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required)Experience with NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) and ASC 606 revenue recognitionExposure to SOX compliance / internal controls within financial systemsExperience with integrations and middleware tools (Celigo, Boomi, Workato, etc.)Strong understanding of accounting processes (GL, AP/AR, close, reporting)Ability to translate business requirements into system solutionsExperience in high-growth, SaaS, or tech environments preferred (Bay Area experience a plus)Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy#J-18808-Ljbffr
