Territory: Global – Field-based (International travel up to 50%)We are partnering with an innovative early-stage surgical technology company to support the global expansion of its minimally invasive surgery platform.This field-based role is focused on supporting surgeons in the operating room, gathering clinical insights to inform product development, and building strong relationships with surgical teams to support account growth and adoption.We are seeking a clinically driven professional with hands-on operating room experience who thrives in a fast-paced start‑up environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with surgeons and OR teams to ensure successful device adoption and continuous product improvement.Key Responsibilities: Provide in‑theatre procedural support to surgeons and OR teams during minimally invasive proceduresAct as the primary clinical resource for surgeons, scrub nurses, and theatre staff during device useGather direct feedback from surgeons and clinical teams to support ongoing product development and innovationBuild and maintain strong relationships within the OR to support account development and long‑term customer partnershipsSupport the clinical rollout and adoption of new surgical technologies across hospitals and surgical centresDeliver hands‑on training and education to surgical teams during early adoption and ongoing useWork closely with internal commercial and product teams to translate clinical insights into product improvementsRepresent the organisation at clinical training events, workshops, and surgical congressesMaintain detailed records of case support, clinical observations, and customer feedbackQualifications: Degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related healthcare disciplineOperating room experience supporting surgeons during minimally invasive proceduresPrevious experience working within a medical device start‑up or early‑stage organisationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with surgeons and OR teamsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentWilling and able to travel internationally (up to 50%)Either apply directly or reach out at robbie.broomhead@established-search.com .#J-18808-Ljbffr
