Client Platform Delivery Lead

  2026-04-16     CoverSelf     San Francisco,CA
Description:

Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | 3-5 Years Experience | Reports to VP, Product Strategy | Travel for Client EngagementCoverSelf is changing how health plans think about payment integrity. We replaced the black box with a platform payers actually control. We're scaling fast, running multiple implementations in parallel. We need someone who can own the delivery experience from kickoff to go-live and make every client feel like they're our only client. This is an implementation and delivery role, not account management, not strategy. You're the person who drives the project forward, keeps every workstream on track, and ensures the client never has to wonder what's happening next. If you've spent time in healthcare, understand payment integrity, and know how to run a tight implementation, this is your chance to build something meaningful. What You'll OwnDrive client implementations end-to‑end: manage project plans, facilitate working sessions, track milestones, and ensure every deliverable lands on time and at the quality our clients expect.Attend and lead client meetings alongside senior leadership. Prepare agendas, document decisions, assign action items, and hold both internal and client teams accountable for follow‑through.Coordinate across CoverSelf's engineering, platform, content, and validation teams to remove blockers, sequence dependencies, and keep implementations moving through each phase without stalling.Serve as the operational point of contact for assigned clients during implementation. You set the pace, manage expectations, and deliver a white‑glove experience that builds long‑term trust.Manage the pre‑implementation assessment process: ensure questionnaires are completed, technical requirements are captured, and nothing gets missed before configuration begins.Build and refine the implementation playbook as you go. Document what works, improve what doesn't, and create repeatable processes that scale as CoverSelf's client base grows. This role is early. You're not inheriting a process; you're building one. What You Bring3‑5 years in healthcare with hands‑on exposure to health plan payer operations or claims workflows. You understand how payers work because you've been in or around one.Project management instincts, formal or informal. You've run implementations, managed timelines, tracked dependencies, and kept cross‑functional teams aligned.Credible payment integrity knowledge: pre‑pay editing, post‑pay recovery, clinical validation, and how PI vendors fit into the payer ecosystem. You don't need to be a coder (unless you are!), but CoverSelf expects subject matter expertise in Payment Integrity.Semi‑technical fluency. You won't write code, but you can navigate conversations about API integrations, data mapping, and platform configuration without losing the thread.White‑glove client instincts. You know that great delivery isn't just about hitting dates; it's about making the experience feel organized, proactive, and effortless for the people on the other side.A builder's mindset. You're energized by ambiguity, excited to create structure where there isn't any, and motivated by the idea that the processes you build today will define how this company operates at scale.EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVEExperience at a BCBS plan, national payer, or other.Familiarity with PI vendor implementations from the payer side. Background in healthcare technology implementation or consulting.PMP, CAPM, or Certified Coder credentials.OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITYAt CoverSelf, we are building a global workplace where every individual can discover their true potential, passion, and purpose — regardless of background, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity. We believe a diverse workplace fosters innovation, creativity, and progress for our employees, communities, and business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
