Mid to Senior level Trademark and Copyright Litigation Associate

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate with at least 4 years of trademark and copyright experience for its New York, Seattle, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley offices. The salary range for this position is between $310k to $445k.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation, including TTAB disputes.
• Experience managing all phases of complex litigation matters, advising clients on brand protection issues and supporting enforcement strategies in administrative and federal forums.
• Strong academic credentials required.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
