Leading law firm has an immediate need for a Senior Litigation Attorney with prior trial experience for a leadership role in servicing a major client with many of their CA litigation matters. Option to work remote or hybrid. Ideal candidate will have 10-25+ years of experience. Prior first or second chair trial experience and/or supervisory experience desired.

This role can be based out their San Francisco office. Experience in one or more of the following areas desired: Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Environmental Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation/Trucking, Public Entity, Civil Rights, Medical Malpractice, Construction Defect, Professional Liability, Habitability, Personal Injury, Premises Negligence, Civil Defense. Must be licensed to practice in California.

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• 10-25+ years of experience
• Trial experience (first or second chair experience)
• Excellent written and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend court hearings, mediations and depositions
• Manage a team and supervise/mentor associates

Base salary up to 250k+ (DOE) + Bonuses and Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid/Remote
