Salary: $280,000 – $360,000 + bonus

You will work on venture-backed and public company transactions, including:
- M&A deals
- Equity offerings / IPOs
- SEC reporting and compliance
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in corporate / transactional law
- Strong exposure to M&A or capital markets
- Interest in Life Sciences / Tech / Biotech clients
