H&P Executive Search has been engaged to hire a Corporate M&A Associate to join a well-known international law firm for their San Francisco office.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions, leveraged buyouts, advising blue-chip clients, private equity funds, and major corporates on strategic deals across multiple industries.

What you'll be doing:

• Work and lead on sophisticated M&A and PE transactions, both public and private
• Work closely with market-leading partners on cutting-edge deals
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
• Collaborate with a global network of elite lawyers

What our client is looking for:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school from 2017-2022
• Previous Corporate M&A experience, either at a firm or in-house
• Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
• Ability to manage transactions independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering the highest standard of client service
