Owens & Minor Global - - Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience; Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns; Partner with the branch team to identify solutions and coordinate timely equipment delivery to meet patient needs; Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines; Review new and existing patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment and care
