We're looking for a Senior Web Analytics & Operations Manager to join our Web team within the PLG Revenue organization. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates at the intersection of analytics and operations, ensuring our website runs as a core growth surface and measurable revenue driver.You will own and continuously improve the foundation that makes web performance visible, reliable, and actionable. This includes strengthening our analytics and reporting ecosystem, advancing experimentation capabilities, and building scalable operational processes. You will partner cross-functionally to align business objectives with clean measurement, disciplined execution, and high standards for governance. This role requires technical depth, analytical judgment, and strong cross-functional partnership. This is a hybrid full-time position based out of our Denver office, with two days per week in-office.Technologies You'll UseGoogle Analytics (GA4)LookerGoogle Tag ManagerGoogle Search ConsoleWebflowWebflow Optimize (A/B experimentation)HeapJiraExcel/SQLWhat You'll DoOwn the accuracy and scalability of web analytics across GA4, Heap, and downstream reporting systems. Translate funnel performance and behavioral data into clear insights and recommendations.Build and maintain scalable dashboards in Looker and other reporting tools to support web decision‑making across web and revenue metrics. Monitor web performance across top KPIs.Define tracking requirements and work with web development to ensure clean event implementation and reliable data.Set up and analyze A/B or multivariate experiments using Webflow Optimize (web experimentation tool).Operationalize and project‑manage workflows across localization, compliance, technical SEO, and accessibility.Establish governance and instrumentation standards that scale across global web properties.Partner with contributors across Marketing, Product, Growth, Legal, and Web Development to navigate business objectives while meeting privacy and compliance expectations.Develop clear documentation for web analytics and operations.Skills Were Looking ForDeep expertise in web analytics with the ability to translate web data and funnel performance into actionable insights.Experience building scalable reporting and ensuring data reliability across systems.Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager, event instrumentation, and debugging tracking implementation.Experience setting up A/B and multi‑armed bandit web experiments and measuring impact.Operational/process‑oriented: you thrive on creating organized processes that increase efficiency.Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, influencing teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Design.Bias for action and strong organization skills: you move fast and prioritize sharply.
