What You'll DoThe Associate Director, Patient Marketing will support the development and commercialization of a key asset (encaleret). They will drive cross‑functional collaboration and tactical alignment, ensuring success in the US. The role will lead the development and execution of tactics supporting patients for the commercial launch of encaleret, working closely with Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial planning and execution. The Associate Director will thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and requires excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. The title reports to the Director of Marketing.ResponsibilitiesServe as a commercial member on the Product Teams, embedding the market needs into cross functional planningDrive innovative tactics and address untapped opportunitiesLead patient brand planning, messaging and claims workHelp identify and support the development of patients and caregivers for patient ambassador programmingUncover and address unmet needs by seeking insights to utilize to improve/refine launch planning and executionLead agile, cross‑functional team to develop/launch innovative patient marketing campaigns that will inspire behavioral change and drive brand growth; ensure aligned launch execution across functionsDevelop and track metrics to measure and ensure the success of marketing/promotional programsCoordinate with digital marketing to build an effective customer engagement ecosystemPartner with Value and Access to help develop programming to support patient access and adherencePartner with regional teams to ensure diverse commercial insights are brought into the planning process, be the commercial voice advocating for these viewsPartner closely with advocacy teams to develop tactics that will help educate and support patientsDevelop targeted measurement plans to help evaluate effectiveness of patient tactics and prioritization of effortsWork cross‑functionally with agency partners, sales, commercial operations, brand analytics, IT, MCM, etc.Where You'll WorkThis is a hybrid role and requires in‑office collaboration 3x per week at our San Francisco or Palo Alto office.Who You Are5+ years of commercial biotech or pharmaceutical experience, with at least three years in MarketingSuccessful launch experience in a competitive market is preferredRare disease experience preferredDemonstrated ability to develop and action insights from complex clinical data and market researchUnderstanding of the drug development process, especially regarding opportunities for differentiation and value demonstrationExcellent oral, written, and presentation skillsPassionate about serving patients suffering from Genetic diseasesProven self‑starter, able to work independently and as part of a teamAble to handle full workload across multiple projectsCollaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align strategy and executionHigh level of self‑awareness and understanding of the importance of self‑monitoring behavior for continuous improvementTrue entrepreneurial spirit – BridgeBio was built to do things differently and address the needs of underserved populations, driven by science and unrelenting passion for patientsAbility to travel (~20%) is requiredYou have demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI‑powered tools and technologiesBenefitsWe have high expectations for our team members.
