Key Responsibilities That Define Your Role
- Employ advanced radiographic and CT techniques for high-definition diagnostic imaging
- Partner closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to facilitate timely and accurate diagnoses
- Skillfully position patients and fine-tune equipment settings for optimal images
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and colleagues
- Maintain meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Provide warm, compassionate care throughout the imaging experience
- Enhance a safe, organized, and efficient imaging suite
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program mandatory
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) essential
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within three months of hire
- Familiarity with diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A detail-oriented approach with a profound sense of accountability
