Labor & Employment Attorney

A growing full-service law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its expanding practice. Representing businesses, public entities, and organizations, the firm provides strategic counsel and strong advocacy in complex workplace matters. This role offers hands-on litigation, client advisory responsibilities, and long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Represent clients in labor and employment litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal filings
• Manage discovery and participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Advise on workplace compliance, policies, and risk mitigation
• Support trial preparation and internal investigations

You Bring:

• 3+ years of labor and employment experience in a law firm
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience managing discovery and drafting substantive motions
• JD and active state bar admission
