Role Description

The Associate Attorney will actively handle a variety of legal matters, including conducting research, providing legal advice, and representing clients in class action and consumer rights cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing legal documents, handling cases, and engaging in negotiations on behalf of clients. This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Oakland, CA office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting detailed legal Research and providing comprehensive advice
• Strong Negotiation skills to effectively represent clients' interests
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license with the California State Bar
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
• Experience in class action litigation or consumer rights is a plus

Salary and Benefits

• $150-225K, based on experience, bonuses, full medical, dental and vision package, full paid licensing and MCLE, 401K program and more.
