About the Practice

The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property Transactions & Strategies group in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative companies and investors on cutting-edge technology transactions and strategic initiatives.
Associates will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial and IP agreements, support M&A and other corporate transactions from an IP and technology perspective, and advise on complex licensing and collaboration arrangements. The role provides meaningful client interaction and exposure to high-growth industries at the forefront of technological advancement.
