A leading law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a mid-level Litigation Paralegal to support its team handling complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact cases in a collaborative environment, with the added flexibility of a remote work option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of complex litigation, from case inception through trial
• Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining large volumes of documents
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including document review and production
• Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and coordination with experts and vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with mass tort or asbestos litigation preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with legal software and document management systems
