We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing mid-size law firm based in Californiaa. As an Civil Litigation Attorney, you must be a licensed California Attorney looking to develop experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, supportive, and enjoyable environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will report directly to a partner and, depending on your legal experience, will likely be the primary handling attorney on your own cases.
• You will handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and updates to clients.
• Preparing for and participating in trials is also a possibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the state bar and licensed to practice law in California.
• 2+ years experience practicing as an Civil Litigation Attorney.
• Strong litigation skills, with experience handling all stages of litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
