About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support a high-performing Recruiting Operations (RecOps) team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring recruiting systems, processes, and workflows operate efficiently and at scale.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position with an immediate need for support across ticket triage, systems maintenance, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incoming recruiting operations tickets through Slack/Jira, ensuring timely and accurate support
• Troubleshoot ATS and recruiting tool issues, including coordinating with external vendors when necessary
• Maintain system integrity through regular audits and data hygiene practices
• Support interview workflows and broader recruiting programs
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, documentation, and internal knowledge resources
• Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Technology, and Operations teams to ensure consistent and effective workflows

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in Recruiting Operations (required)
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and ticket triage capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and context switch effectively
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in documentation and process writing
• Comfort working in fast-paced and evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of recruiting workflows and funnel metrics
• Experience with ticketing systems and operational support environments
• Exposure to tools such as Airtable, Notion, or similar workflow/documentation platforms
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders
• Background in both startup and larger, structured organizations
