The Opportunity

The insurance brokerage industry generates over $400B annually. More than $130B of that is pure inefficiency—manual work trapped in legacy systems. We aren't here to patch the pipes; we are rebuilding how brokerages operate from the ground up using AI.

The Mission: Architect the Revenue Machine

We are hiring a Founding Operations Lead to own our Go-To-Market (GTM) infrastructure. This role is modeled after our COO's role at Chargehound (YC W14, acq. by PayPal for $XXXM).


This is not a "support" role. You are the Operational Engine behind our entire growth motion. You will be responsible for building the systems, ensuring pipeline generation, and arming our sales team with the strategic weapons they need to win. If you want hand-holding or a slow ramp, this isn't for you. We move fast, we own outcomes, and we expect founder-level intensity.


What You'll Do

  • Revenue Operations: Build high-intent target account lists from scratch. You will research, enrich, and prioritize leads across commercial, personal, and employee benefits lines.
  • GTM Systems Design: Set up and manage the tech stack (CRM, outbound sequences, automation) and design/refine the processes and procedures that allow Sales to close at scale.
  • Sales Enablement: Create the "Battle Cards," pricing models, objection handlers, and case studies that define our voice. You will be the person who figures out how to beat the competition.
  • Marketing & Growth Execution: Plan and execute our conference strategy end-to-end. Manage the content calendar and build data dashboards to measure pipeline conversion by source.
  • The "Founder" Layer: Be the go-to person for anything GTM. You'll jump in wherever the bottleneck is - whether it's competitive research or event logistics.


Who You Are (The Pedigree)

2-3+ years in high-output environments: Ideally Investment Banking, Management Consulting (MBB/Tier 2), or an early-stage "hyper-growth" startup.

  • Excellent Writer: You write with precision. Your emails and proposals don't just "inform"; they move deals forward.
  • Excel/Data Expert: You are comfortable building models, pivot tables, and dashboards that extract signal from noise.
  • Obsessively Organized: You have a "Whatever-it-takes" mentality and a relentless attention to detail.
  • Self-Starter: You are a fast learner who figures things out without a manual. You are curious about insurance and ready to become an industry expert in weeks, not months.


Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 (Based on experience and pedigree).
  • Equity: Significant early-stage package
  • Location: In-person in San Francisco. We provide a transportation stipend, plenty of snacks, and daily team lunches.
