The Mission: Architect the Revenue Machine
We are hiring a Founding Operations Lead to own our Go-To-Market (GTM) infrastructure. This role is modeled after our COO's role at Chargehound (YC W14, acq. by PayPal for $XXXM).
This is not a "support" role. You are the Operational Engine behind our entire growth motion. You will be responsible for building the systems, ensuring pipeline generation, and arming our sales team with the strategic weapons they need to win. If you want hand-holding or a slow ramp, this isn't for you. We move fast, we own outcomes, and we expect founder-level intensity.
What You'll Do

2-3+ years in high-output environments: Ideally Investment Banking, Management Consulting (MBB/Tier 2), or an early-stage "hyper-growth" startup.
